The 99% Invisible City is based on the uber
popular podcast of the same name.
Cities columnist Shawn
Micallef of the Toronto Star did a unique piece this past
Saturday discussing certain Toronto architectural and design
"tropes", borrowing from the The 99% Invisible City (e.g.
electrical substations, the ROM's Liebskind Crystal) and adding his own
explorations.
The online version of the article is "Why even simple sidewalk stamps have a role to play in
telling Toronto's complex story" .
