K Is for Knifeball: An Alphabet of Terrible Advice

All of My Friends are Dead, was one of my favourite books of 2010. The authors of that book have come out with a less than friendly "kid's book" K Is for Knifeball: An Alphabet of Terrible Advice, which is equally hilarious!

Hey Girl!

So I know I am not the most techie person out there, but I think I am officially the last person to know what a "meme" is and the super popular "Hey Girl" Ryan Gosling memes. The funniest one I have seen is "Hey Girl I Like the Library Too". They are so hip that Chronicle Books is doing a Hey Girl journal. Back under my rock I go!

Tuesday Morning Chuckle!

Here is a hilarious doodle from Ms. Margaret Atwood on the role of the author in the publishing chain...hmmm...I don't see sales reps in there ;). Maybe they didn't have them in Shakespeare's day!

We've added a new tab to our website. It is a comprehensive list of Dewey publisher's websites, that are specifically designed for Teachers and Librarians. Instead of having to go to a myriad of website's we have collected all of the links and put them in one handy dandy spot. We've also included a list of Canadian Suppliers where you can purchase our books.
