Plenty was a huge hit at CGTA...people were falling over themselves to get this book. It comes from the London restaurant Ottolenghi. The chef Yotam Ottolenghi is a huge carnivore but he has created a fabulous vegetarian cookbook. As Anthony Bourdain famously said: "the problem with vegetarians is that they can't cook vegetables"!
